The Charleston's Woman's Improvement League, Inc. is sponsoring this women's health & wellness forum. "Be Aware, Prepare, Take Care" tells it all as far as health care goes for women at any stage in life. The purpose of the health forum is to help inform women of all ages about nutritional needs, possible medication interactions, mental health, reproductive concerns, and organ donation education. Each of the panelists will present their topic for twenty minutes, then we will have a thirty-minute Q & A session followed by healthy snacks.
