2019 LAUNCH PARTY & ICE CREAM SOCIAL
The SCPL Summer 2019 Library Program Launch Party & Ice Cream Social is Saturday (May 18, 2019) after the 60th Annual South Charleston Armed Forces Day Parade. Both youth and adults may register as summer readers, and we will have a library scavenger hunt and the Wall of Prizes for our young readers will be revealed.
