Join Mayor Mullens, the South Charleston Chamber of Commerce, the West Virginia Regional Technology Park, and the South Charleston Convention & Visitor's Bureau for the official ribbon cutting of Tea Spoons! Tea Spoons will be located in Building 2000 (same building as BridgeValley CTC - but in the back) and will be open to the public!
